2 – 5 nights: Normal tariff applies – $165 per night midweek / $175 weekends (inc. breakfast)
5 or more nights: (short term basis) – $130 per night *Breakfast provided for first 2 nights, if required
Over 2 weeks: (long term basis) – $120 per night – No breakfast supplied

Terms and Conditions for Guests

Absolutely no smoking either within the premises or on the property.
Pets are not permitted on the property.
Guests are required to pay one week’s accommodation in advance.
Daily Tariff varies – from normal B&B tariff – according to length & type of stay. See Tariff page for current rates.
Advance notice is required before vacating premises.
Payment Options: Guests may pay by Credit Card/Cash/Cheque or Direct Deposit to our bank account. Your credit card details are required to be supplied unless other arrangements are made with us, the owners.
No breakfast is supplied in tariff – basic pantry & bathroom supplies are provided.
Guests are required to be aware of the proximity of others and keep noise levels to a minimum. Visitors are premitted, however, overnight guests will need to be checked in.
Property Damage: Guests are responsible for any loss or damage to furniture and fittings, including keys and locks. Please report any damage immediately, Minor loss such as breakages of glasses or crockery is covered by us, the owners.
Guests are expected to leave the property in a clean and tidy condition when they vacate.
Units are cleaned and linen (towels, sheets, tea towels) replaced weekly. If extra cleaning or linen replacement is required, a fee will apply. Guests are welcome to make use of the laundry (shared by the two units) for their personal items.
All rubbish is to be disposed of properly, using the garbage bins provided. Each unit has a green & red garbage bin. Green is for ordinary rubbish. Red is for items that can be recycled, paper, cardboard, glass & plastic bottles. Garbage must be sealed in bags before placing in green bin.
Payment of guest deposit before arrival, is acceptance of these terms and conditions.
We aim to provide our guests with excellent service and provisions and to maintain a healthy and friendly relationship with our clientele. Adhering to these few ‘rules’ will make a happier atmosphere for all.
