Welcome Cottage is an attractive sandstone block, stand-alone dwelling; owner built as special luxury self-contained accommodation, only for couples.  Set peacefully amid 10 acres,  the cottage is 3 km south of the Central West town of Parkes which is famous for The Dish and the annual Elvis Festival.  Quiet, tranquil & private, but  only 4 minutes to town.

Finished in contemporary country décor and comfortably furnished, the cottage is ideal for couples seeking a romantic retreat or a relaxing break.  The queen sofa bed in the lounge area is available to accommodate a second couple , if needed.
